The minimum fee in all cases is for half an hour's work. The rates shown above are for work carried out during normal business hours i.e. 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Any work requested outside of those hours will be by appointment only and is charged at time and a half for evenings and weekends and double time on bank holidays. There are no hidden charges or VAT added.

We believe in building strong relationships with our clients, and our support packages for businesses are a great way to do just that.

All our business packages include:

  • Unlimited remote support throughout business hours
  • An initial full network health-check for your business, plus detailed report and recommendations
  • Repeat health-checks and reports every month
  • Regular system fault checks- and we alert you to any issues, and fix remotely wherever possible
  • Monthly contract – you’re never tied in for more than a month
  • Costs calculated on a per-computer basis, so smaller businesses pay less
