Do you provide a service out of normal hours?

We can provide on-site and remote services outside of normal hours by request. Any evening or weekend work is charged at time and a half and is by appointment only.

Do you support Mac systems?

That's one area that we don't currently support, but we aim to be adding Mac systems to our ever-expanding list shortly!

I’m outside the geographical areas you provide on-site support for. Is it still possible to get on-site support from you?

It depends very much on the type of problem or the nature of your request, and also just how far away you are. For example we may be able to provide on-site support in some cases, for people and businesses based in London. The best thing to do is just get in touch with us to discuss. Remember- it's possible that we can help over the phone or remotely.

How quickly would you be able to come on site to help with a problem?

Prioritising of work and being fair to each client is very important to us, so when a number of jobs need doing, we look to see which are the most urgent- in other words, which problems are having the biggest impact. So if you need us to help out quickly, and your problem is clearly one that's seriously affecting your business or ability to work, you can sure we'll push that job as high as possible up the priority list.

Do you repair laptops?

We can carry out a number of fixes and solve most problems with laptops but if the screen is broken or you have dropped the laptop and it no longer works as a result then we would recommend purchasing a new laptop as it is likely that the cost to fix the laptop screen would be as much as the cost of a new laptop.

Do you have any recommendations from customers, so I can see what they think?

We do- and we're always happy to provide you with contact details of customers who have agreed to recommend us.
