Remote management and troubleshooting of your network and computer systems
Most problems don't require a site visit, and in order to help keep your costs down, if we reckon we can fix something remotely and we can access your systems that way, then that's what we'll do, unless you also need us to come on site to look at another problem that cannot be handled remotely.
Our fees are even less for remote support than for on-site work.
If you have a VPN (Virtual Private Network) set up at your office then we can often help you by logging onto it and accessing the server or other machine that's having problems. We can also set up a VPN if you don't have one for your business, which means that on future occasions we can connect remotely and sort out issues you may be having. Again this is all with a view to saving you money in the medium to long term.
Even if you don't have a VPN set up, we can still support you remotely using our own software- all you need is an Internet connection and we can connect to you in seconds!
And quite often, we can respond to requests for remote support immediately, meaning we start looking at the problem as soon as you tell us about it.
Our rate for telephone support is the same as for support or management over your VPN.
